Billy Payne tour in Ireland. Billy arrived in Belfast on the 29th October 2017 and on the 31st October did a promo video up at stewarts music store in irish street dungannon. the video can be seen o0n the sharpe music facebook page. the next day billy and myself and two other people went to the armagh city hotel in armagh for his appearance on the phil mack international country show. it was held over 3 nights and billy
